Privacy

What we keep • Your account name and your password, but not the password itself: only a fingerprint of it (SHA-256 repeated many times, with a random "salt"), from which the password cannot be recovered. • When the account was created and when you accepted these terms. • Your characters and everything about the game: level, items, kreds, guild, faction, friends, progress. • The messages you write in chat (including private, guild and faction ones), kept for 7 days only so that admins can check a report or abuse; then deleted automatically. • The IP address of your connection: used in memory while you are connected, to stop repeated password guessing; it appears in the server log only when a login is blocked. • Public chat messages appear in the server log, for moderation. Private messages (/w) are not written to the log; only the fact that one was sent is recorded. • Crash reports: if the game closed unexpectedly, at the next login it sends the server the last lines of its log. These may contain the folder where the game is installed on your computer. They are not linked to your account and are deleted after 30 days. • Settings (keys, graphics, language, ignore list, account name) stay only on your computer.

Why To run the game and your account (performance of the contract: the terms of use), to protect the server and the players, and to moderate (legitimate interest).

How long Account data: until you delete your account. Server logs: overwritten at every server restart. Backups are made every 6 hours and kept for 7 days; after you delete your account, it disappears from them within 7 days at most.

Who we share it with Nobody. We do not sell data, show ads or use analytics. The server is hosted by a server provider in the European Union, which only stores the data for us.

Your rights You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, receive it in a portable format, object to its processing, and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (in Romania: ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro). You can delete your account yourself, in the game: type /stergecont PASSWORD and follow the confirmation. For the other rights, write to us at: the /raport command in the game.

Age The game is for people aged 16 or older. If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, we delete it.
