Terms

1. Who may play The game is meant for people aged 16 or older. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 16.

2. Your account You are responsible for your account and its password. Do not share your password with anyone. An account belongs to one person; it may not be sold or handed over.

3. Rules of conduct Not allowed: cheating, programs that play for you (bots, automated macros), deliberately exploiting bugs, attacking the server, harassment, threats, hateful or sexual messages, spam, pretending to be an administrator, and selling accounts or in-game items for real money.

4. PvP In the Rift (the Northern Ridge) and in guild wars, other players can attack you. By entering there or accepting a war, you accept this. Duels and the arena happen only when both sides agree.

5. In-game items Characters, items, kreds (the in-game currency) and other in-game goods have no real-money value and are not your property; you only have the right to use them in the game while your account exists.

6. Sanctions Administrators may mute, kick or ban, temporarily or permanently, an account that breaks these rules. You can report a problem with /raport.

7. The game changes The game is in development: it is updated, balance, items and rules may change, there may be interruptions, and the server may shut down. The game is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Deleting your account You can delete your account and all its characters at any time with /stergecont (see the Privacy Policy).

9. Changes to these terms When the terms change, you are asked to accept them again when you log in.

10. Governing law and contact Romanian law applies. Operator: the operator of Rune & Neon (identification details to be completed before the public launch). Contact: the /raport command in the game.

11. Purchases: Glife and Patron Glife are a virtual in-game currency. You buy them on the website by card, through Stripe, at the displayed prices (VAT included). They can only be used for the Patron subscription and for cosmetics; they have no real-money value, do not expire, cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be exchanged back for money. Glife and cosmetics are digital content delivered immediately. When paying you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal, as provided by law. Your rights for a wrong charge or undelivered content remain: write to us and we will fix it. The Patron subscription renews monthly until you cancel it; you can cancel at any time from the shop ("Manage subscription"), and the benefits last until the end of the paid period. Patron benefits and cosmetics may be adjusted for game balance; they never give power in PvP. If an account is closed for breaking these terms, its Glife and purchases are not refunded.
